**KoRT exists to deliver a living hologram character — Q — as the primary conversational voice/video interface to the entire fleet (Hermes agent fork, KORT router, gatekeeper, Lady of the Lake, all skills/tools), which expands into a Bridge Crew of department heads for complex work — packaged across desktop glassmorphic overlay, servers, and eventually one modular KoRT mobile app (subscriber / lifetime / a-la-carte tiers) — matching or exceeding Hermes-class agents and ClawAgents-class multi-agent product surfaces, built on our own sovereign infrastructure.**

Whatever the channel (IDE chat, glassmorphic voice, mobile, Telegram/Discord gateway, API):

## MASTER GOAL — Q Hologram Life Interface (binding)

KoRT’s master product is **Q**: a glassmorphic, walking/talking, life-like interactive voice/video hologram that is the **main UI** for all systems — Hermes agent fork, KORT router, gatekeeper, Lady of the Lake, all skills and tools — on every channel (desktop overlay, mobile, messaging gateway, API).

- **Solo Q** handles ordinary prompts with full stack.  
- **Bridge Crew mode** expands Q into **senior staff meetings**: department heads assemble for complex projects (Camelot frontend, Bridge/Q, Avalon staging, Advocate, DevOps, Mail, Lady, Gatekeeper).  
- **Talking-head production** generates lipsync/avatar video for Q (and crew segments).  
- **Parity targets:** Hermes-class agent depth + ClawAgents-class multi-agent product packaging — on **sovereign** infra.  
- **Mobile:** many APKs → one **master KoRT app** with modules; full paid / lifetime / a-la-carte tiers.  
- **This manifesto site** is the **ongoing growing manifesto and origin history** (screenplays, origin stories, changelogs of the dream).

## Purpose
The Sovereign Manifesto is the executable canon for the KoRT ecosystem — decentralized sovereign digital infrastructure, AI automation, legal advocacy, and private ledgers — **experienced through Q and the Bridge Crew**, not as a pile of disconnected scripts.

### 1. EXECUTIVE SUMMATION & INVESTMENT THESIS
KoRTx is a decentralized, sovereign digital ecosystem that merges AI-driven automation, secure multi-tenant infrastructure, and autonomous agent coordination to restore individual data sovereignty, automate legal advocacy, and distribute micro-rewards via a private digital ledger.

By bypassing centralized platform monopolies, KoRTx provides an integrated workspace containing legal assistance, financial ledgers, secure coding environments, and autonomous data collection.

### 2. THE CHAIN OF COMMAND (Sovereign Directives)
- **Commanding Officer**: Knight Mike (Overlord).
- **Executive Agents**: Antigravity, Merlin, Gawain, Heimdall.
- **Protocol**: Agents shall execute orders immediately. Agents shall NOT tell the Commanding Officer what to do. Agents shall only provide "suggestions" or "input" when explicitly requested.
- "Do the things." If a tool is missing, build it. If a dependency is broken, fix it or find a trusted fork. No apologies.

### 3. TOKEN OPTIMIZATION & MEMORY (Gatekeeper)
Every prompt must be filtered through the **Memory Gatekeeper**. Use Supabase for long-term memory and the Master Wiki for canonical SOPs. Goal: Minimum tokens, maximum impact.

### 4. SPHERICAL ARCHITECTURE & MISSION
To create a spherical, multi-layered AI ecosystem where **No one gets left behind**. Nested spheres: Self (0) → Family (1) → Career (2) → Community (3) → Jurisdictional (4) → Global (5).

### 5. CORE PRINCIPLES (from Round Table & IDIC)
All AI contributions MUST be signed and dated. NEVER erase, regenerate, or lose prior work. Reference exact file paths, SQL snippets, and Docker configs. Zero placeholders for core dev work. Sub-Wiki to Master-Wiki Merge with Git-style hash.
